Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of altivedev.com and your engagement with Altive Dev for design, development, and related services. By using our site or signing a project agreement with us, you agree to these Terms. This is placeholder text — please have it reviewed by a lawyer before it's officially published.

Our Services

Altive Dev provides digital product services including web development, SaaS development, mobile apps, and AI automation. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and cost for each engagement are set out in a separate proposal or written agreement.

Quotes & Payment

Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Projects typically require a deposit before work begins, with the remainder paid according to an agreed milestone schedule. Late payment may pause work and incur additional fees.

Project Scope & Changes

The agreed proposal defines the project scope. Requests outside that scope can certainly be raised — they'll be estimated and billed separately after your approval. We will never bill for out-of-scope work without telling you first.

Intellectual Property

Once payment is complete, you own the final deliverables created specifically for your project. We retain the right to use code, libraries, and internal tooling that is general-purpose across projects, and to showcase the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide materials, feedback, and approvals needed for the project in a timely manner. Delays in providing these can push back the delivery timeline.

Warranty & Liability

We build with care and test thoroughly, but software is provided "as is" beyond the warranties stated in your project agreement. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the engagement giving rise to that claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement in writing. You will be billed for work completed up to the termination date, and we will hand over all deliverables that have been paid for.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes will first be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and by the Jakarta courts if necessary.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
